I am a Finland-based media artist working with video, animation and installation. My work explores slowness, attention and perception in the age of digital overload.Through subtle transformations of everyday environments, I create situations where the familiar becomes strange — objects hover, spaces bend, and light behaves unexpectedly.
I am interested in slowing down perception —
in creating moments where reality begins to shift.
My work combines moving image, animation and spatial installation. I often work with everyday environments, introducing small but meaningful changes that alter how we perceive space and time. The works exist both in physical environments and digital formats.

Misconception. Paikkasidonnainen videoteos tilassa. HD video, yksityiskohta teoksesta, äänetön, kesto 5’00. 2019.

Misconception is a site-specific video work for the LED façade of Turku City Theatre. The screen blends into the building’s surface and comes alive through subtle changes, creating spatial illusions.Small movements make the architecture bend, disappear and transform, inviting viewers to reconsider perception and the nature of seeing. The work is part of the Turku City Art Collection.

Magical Garden is a participatory media installation created for Porvoo City Library. The work evolved through audience contributions, transforming visitors’ drawings into a growing 3D environment.Projected onto a glass wall, the piece opened a shifting view into an imaginary garden that continuously changed over time.
I create site-specific video mapping works that transform architecture through light, animation and illusion. By working with existing surfaces, I explore how buildings can shift, dissolve or come alive through subtle movement.
Rapusumu is a site-specific video mapping work created for Finland’s Independence Day celebrations in Parainen. The piece was projected onto the Gullkrona building, transforming its façade through light, illusion and movement.
